Frank Garofalo is the User Experience Team Leader for Esri, a privately-held, multi-billion dollar company located in Redlands, California. Designing and developing web experiences for over 15 years, Frank leads a team of user experience architectures supporting on average 20 simultaneous projects and products for web, native apps, and desktop. Frank also works as a consultant, through his company Cyber View, to help startups and local businesses craft engaging user experiences for their digital presence.
