Abigail Plumb-Larrick is a UX Strategist at Keybank, where she conducts research and discovery for a variety of channels and lines of business across the bank. Abigail began her career as a librarian, and although she’s left the reference desk behind, she has never stopped connecting people with the information they need, in a variety of product management and design roles. Born and raised in Manhattan, Abigail now lives in Shaker Heights with her family.
