Allison Herrera is a User Experience Researcher at the Harvard Medical School, Countway Library of Medicine. In this role Allison leads UX projects to serve the community at the Harvard Longwood Campus, including students, faculty, staff and researchers. For the past 7 years, Allison has been working in universities, museums, libraries, and non-profit organizations, including the University of Massachusetts Medical School, Harvard University, and the University of Arizona. Allison holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts, Master of Arts in Information Science, and is a current candidate for a Master of Liberal Arts in Management.
