A reference librarian, information specialist, and writer/editor, Candice Kail is currently the Web Services Librarian at Columbia University and a Writing Consultant at Columbia's Writing Center. She also reviews books for Library Journal and serves on the Journal of Web Librarianship's editorial board. She has been thinking about and working on UX and IA since before she became a librarian.
