Heather Hedden has been a practicing taxonomist for 28 years. She currently works as a consultant with the knowledge and information management consulting firm Enterprise Knowledge, helping clients develop or enhance taxonomies for information and content findability. In addition to consulting, Heather teaches workshops on how to design and build taxonomies. Heather is the author of the book, The Accidental Taxonomist.
