Drawing on a Social Sciences and Research Methods background, Inés’ career spans several roles on consultancy firms, non-profit organizations and media agencies where she drilled down into strategic consultancy, customer insights and user experience (UX). Inés has led innovation and research initiatives for a cross-range of organizations in the public and private sector through Europe, Asia and the Americas. She enjoys managing end-to-end projects and mentoring teams - delivering human-centered solutions that ensure a positive social and business impact.
Inés has been engaged as UX Leader at everis Experience Design Department since April 2018, where she leads strategic UX consultancy projects for United Nations agencies at European level - United Nations Volunteers, UNESCO, World Food Programme, UNDRR World Intellectual Property Organization and UNDP among them. Inés has got an BA in Sociology from the University of the Republic, Uruguay and a Master’s Degree in Research Methods from the University of Barcelona.
