Jenny Lu is the Senior Manager, Experience Design at Giant Eagle, where she leads the user research and experience design team. She has a passion for creating a customer-centric experience through design thinking methods to simplify everyday customers’ lives. As a UX manager, she is driven by building strong teams and growing individual skillsets to level up on their career. In her free time, she enjoys cooking and exploring new restaurants around Pittsburgh.
