Maureen who is totally blind and uses a wheelchair began testing websites for WeCo in 2012. It was one of her goals to be on the internal staff and so she was very excited to be asked in the spring of 2016 to be their first client relations assistant.
In addition to her work with WeCo clients Maureen runs an in home Braille transcription service. Both jobs keep her quite busy. However she still finds time to be active in her church, as president of the Can-Do-Canines Lions club, speaking to groups about disability, and enjoys hobbies of reading, Scrabble and music. She lives with her husband of 40 years, Paul and black lab service dog, Walter.
