After leaving teaching in 2016 and completing her Masters in User Experience Design from Kent State in 2018, Patricia started her UX career at a tech start-up in Cleveland, primarily focusing on research activities. With the company having dissolved in March 2019, Patricia took her passion for research from the digital advertising space to industrial automation at Rockwell Automation as a UX Researcher. She currently resides in downtown Cleveland with her husband where they enjoy date nights of grocery shopping at Heinen’s, Meijer, and Costco!
