Hi, I’m Rafaela! I am a full-time Human-Computer
Interaction Design post-graduate student with a
professional background in strategy and operations.
With years of experience solving complex challenges
within the tech industry in New York city, I bring a
business-driven approach to UX.
Currently, I provide consultation services for small businesses while
deepening my experience in user-centered design at
City, University of London; working on challenging
projects that strengthen my research and design skills.
I have proven to be adaptable in rapidly changing
environments and always curious to learn more. With
the growing prominence of artificial intelligence, I am
particularly excited to explore how generative AI can
further enhance human creativity and user research.
