Sharesly Rodriguez is a User Experience Librarian at San José State University (SJSU), where she also received her Master of Library and Information Science degree. Sharesly maintains the after-hours chatbot on the library website, works with the library’s web and innovation team, and provides virtual reference services to SJSU patrons. She is also a San Diego native who loves to hike and binge-watch true crime series.
