Thandi sees User Experience as much bigger than interaction & interfaces. She is interested in introducing design thinking into all sorts of problems including Traffic & Store design. She works for Freethinking Business Consultants and currently consults to Absa on various non-core banking products. She also brews beer and runs a Craft Beer blog.
