Thiveya is a Senior User Experience Designer at Telus Digital, where she oversees the user experience for Mobility e-commerce application where she focuses on aligning product strategy with user needs to meet business outcomes. She is passionate about uncovering insights, defining problem statements and creating a frameworks for design execution. She strongly believes in designing environments that allow good solutions to emerge. She cares about practicing inclusive design and is an active member of the A11yTo community. Prior to Telus Digital, she worked on various public sector transformation projects which include the TTC, GO transit, Canadian Partnership Against Cancer, Public Health Ontario and many more. Thiveya also held a key hybrid design and development role at Tangerine Bank where she supported the organization's brand transformation by creating a scalable and modular component system for the transaction website.
