Yanna Vogiazou is an independent Service Designer & Design Researcher with more than 13 years of professional practice across industries. Her favourite challenge is translating insights from user research into design solutions. She helps her clients explore the right kind of problem to solve, identify new business opportunities, validate their value proposition with customers and define design priorities.
Yanna is an expert in Human Computer Interaction and holds a PhD from the Open University, UK. She has extensive experience in user research with emerging technologies, starting from the very first smartphones, to gestural interaction and voice-based AI. Most recently she is collaborating with Médecins Sans Frontières Sweden Innovation Unit (SIU) to design new digital tools for humanitarian missions.
