Bill has more than 10 years of experience practicing information architecture and content strategy that's informed by user research and business analysis. He specializes in guiding the UX process and multidisciplinary teams through discovery, strategy, and definition on a range of projects including brand site redesigns, enterprise content migration, CMS development, and faceted-search navigation for ecommerce sites. He has worked in the corporate environment with globally distributed teams, led projects for a variety of agencies and companies around town, and currently solves problems and designs strategies for clients as a UX consultant.
