Charles is a UX Researcher at FIX.com. He is a UX practitioner of 6 years, working in diverse industries such as e-commerce, financial services, and hardware development. He is a co-inventor of four design patents and he holds a master's degree specializing in human factors and ergonomics from UP Diliman. He is currently based in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada.
