Chris DuCharme is a User Researcher and Product Designer at C.H. Robinson, a logistics and supply chain company headquartered in the Twin Cities. As a user-centered design advocate, he works to create cross-product strategies that create cohesive experiences that align with user expectations. When he's not trying out new prototyping tools or maintaining design systems, he enjoys reading, board games, 3D printing, and mountain biking.
