Darrell Penta, Ph.D. is a Sr. UX Researcher at HubSpot, where he has been leading research efforts around site navigation, security/authorization, machine learning, and more. Prior to HubSpot, he was a UX Researcher at Constant Contact and a freelance researcher for many startups and non-profits. In addition to being an impassioned user advocate, Darrell is fascinated by language and cognition, and he has conducted dozens of experiments to investigate human language processing. Darrell holds a PhD in Psychology.
