Dr. Jeffrey Allen has been a frequent author and speaker at conferences over the past 3 decades in several industries. His experience covers a wide range of roles within many well-known institutes and companies which develop and/or implement various technologies and services for products and projects in the role of a supplier, as a solution provider, as a tool integrator on the client side, and also in crowdsourcing mode with volunteers who participate in local and global corporate social responsibility projects. He has also led ISO9001 auditing programs for the past 17 years in various institutions. He is currently producing several video series, including one on Artificial Intelligence (AI) Solution & Ethics, one that re-evaluates the concept of Quality Evaluation from Sales & Customer Experience approaches, and several sub-series on language technologies and services.
