Eric is an information architecture practitioner who is passionate about making information work for people. With a background in preservation, database design, taxonomy, ontology, and metadata design, he's worked with information architectures in academic, public and enterprise systems, finding commonalities and unique challenges along the way. As a taxonomist at Electronic Arts, he is helping optimize navigation, influence discovery, and create data governance for gameplay telemetry. He holds two master's degrees, Library and Information Sciences (MLIS) and Information Management (MSIM) .
