Joshua Randall is a user experience designer with over 20 years of experience across the financial services, healthcare, and insurance industries. His areas of interest include interaction design, information architecture, and UX research. Before a career change into UX, Joshua worked in software development as a Certified ScrumMaster and business analyst. Joshua holds a B.A. in Philosophy from Yale University and an M.S. in UX Design from Kent State University. He is Vice President of the board of the Cleveland chapter of the User Experience Professionals Association (UXPA), and he also organizes the Cleveland Accessibility Meetup (A11yCLE).
