Joy joined the global team in 2021 as a regional director for Asia Pacific. She works in the IA and UX space and has held varied roles, such as UX consultant, UX researcher, information architect, UX designer, and product and UX lead. Joy was born in Asia and has lived and worked for many years in Singapore, Malaysia, and the United States. She is currently based in Atlanta and enjoys keeping in touch with family and friends in the Asia Pacific on a regular basis.
