Mariah Ramsour is the Communications and Events Coordinator at San José State University (SJSU) where she manages the library’s social media, coordinates library events, newsletters, and various marketing and communications initiatives. Mariah also received her B.A. in English Literature and master's degree in library information science at SJSU.
As a first-generation and former transfer student she recognizes the challenges involved when pursuing higher education and is passionate about supporting the next generation of students as they navigate their academic career. In her downtime she enjoys binge watching tv shows, thrift shopping, and trying to keep her plants alive.
