| Sarah Kate is a high school counselor turned UX researcher. Her background in education and counseling help her to focus on the user but to also see all the players in the game. She's proficient at bringing people together, finding common ground and understanding across products, and remaining curious. She holds a BA in Women's and Gender studies from the College of Charleston and a MS in Counseling Psychology from Mercer University. Her current UX research role at ADP focuses on the end to end payroll process for national accounts. |
