Shana Shields currently works as a UX Generalist at American Eagle Outfitters. She has a passion for advocating for customers through design and creating human-centered experiences. Although she’s new to the industry herself, she mentors and encourages others who are breaking into the industry. In her spare time, she travels and loves cooking and baking.
