Tom has journeyed a winding path in his career gaining experiences working in Branding and Design Agencies, Design & Development Studios, and recently in Advertising; in all with a focus in Digital Design Strategy inclusive of CX and UX. He is a member of the Cincinnati IXDA and the national CXPA. Tom is the Product Design Lead for the Savings Horizontal at Kroger Technology & Digital.
