Tracy has architected and developed product information experiences in enterprise software for decades. She is a systems thinker, cat herder, and translator between technical and non-technical audiences. She is currently helping to develop UX writing standards and processes for Oracle products. Tracy earned her Master in Information Management from the University of Washington Information School.
