At Fail Fast we design with a lean UX philosophy and we define the IA in an iterative and progressive way. Always fighting between two forces: business goals, and user needs. We try to avoid prefab structures that can create boundaries for our digital experiences.
In this talk, we'll try to inspire people to define IA in other ways, focusing on value delivery and putting the user before features.
