Find yourself needing to explain what you do, but unable to clearly articulate what IA/UX/IxD are?

A lack of clarity surrounding our professions has led to a trust gap. Are we selling snake oil? Or solving problems? Who do we work for? Where do we come into the process? In order to find jobs, fill jobs, and do our jobs well, we must know what we do, why we do it, and how to articulate it. Come to World IA Day Los Angeles to learn more!
